The Wash Technician is responsible for performing customer vehicle washes in accordance with the Wash Board Schedule. They must manage their time effectively and efficiently to meet deadlines, maintain a high level of quality in their work, and keep a safe work environment. 

Responsibilities:

• • Wash internal fleet and customers’ vehicles to the highest level of quality. 
  • Communicate with Service Advisors to ensure a smooth workflow. 
  • Ensure washes are completed on time following the Wash Board. 
  • Follow all MW processes, procedures and checklists. 
  • Contribute to the development or processes, procedures and checklists. 
  • Uphold safety standards while keeping the detailing bay clean & organized. 
  • Assist with Daily Shop Tasks. 
  • Assist Technicians as required. 

Experience, education, and qualifications:  

• High School Diploma required.
• Driver’s License without multiple infractions.
• Comfortable driving standard transmission vehicles. 
• Effective computer skills.
